The Infinity is about 650 homes in four buildings: towers of 37 stories at 301 Main and 42 stories at 338 Spear, plus mid-rises at 333 Main and 318 Spear. Tishman Speyer finished it in 2008 with Heller Manus Architects and Arquitectonica, and its curving glass towers are still the signature of the South Beach skyline.

Around The Infinity

The Original Renderings

Who It's For

The Infinity is for buyers who want full service and a real choice of homes: downtown workers who want to walk to the office, swimmers who will actually use the lap pool, and anyone who wants Bay Bridge views. The mid-rises are one of the better values for a full-service building in South Beach.

The Backstory: A Whaling Ship Underneath

The Infinity was built on a surface parking lot at Folsom and Spear. During excavation in 2005, crews found a buried ship about 20 feet below the street, sitting on fill from an old ship-breaking yard. It turned out to be the Candace, a whaler built in 1818 that ended its days on the Gold Rush waterfront. The project itself was approved in 2003 alongside its sister, Lumina.

Floor Plans

One-bedrooms are mostly about 650 to 850 square feet, two-bedrooms about 1,150 to 1,350, and three-bedrooms start around 1,300 square feet, with penthouses up to about 3,000. Plan names differ by building, so start with the address. Free Insider members can download the original floor plans for all four buildings at the bottom of this guide.

HOA Dues

Dues at The Infinity vary by home size and change with each year's budget, so we don't publish a number that could be out of date by the time you read it. Ask us for the current dues on any home here and we'll send them along with the latest budget, reserve study and any special assessments. Call or text (415) 416-4699 or email fullerteam@compass.com.

Parking, Transit & Getting Around

Parking is in the garage, and many homes include a space, so check each listing. The Embarcadero Muni and BART station is about a 10-minute walk, the Salesforce Transit Center is closer, and the Embarcadero waterfront is a block away.
