Who It's For

One Franklin is for buyers who want a newer, low-maintenance home in the middle of everything: first-time buyers, people who work downtown or along the Market Street corridor, and anyone happy to live car-free with BART and Muni a block or two away.

The Backstory: A Parking Lot No More

JS Sullivan built One Franklin to an Ankrom Moisan design and finished it in 2016, on a former parking lot at the corner where Hayes Valley, the Market Street corridor and the Mission meet, an area planners call The Hub. When it launched in 2016, the developer partnered with local businesses on perks for buyers, from bike repairs to grocery delivery.

Hayes Valley

Patricia's Green, new condos next to old flats, and the shortest walk to the symphony. The freeway that split it is gone, replaced by Octavia Boulevard and blocks of boutiques and restaurants. Flat, sunny and easy without a car.
